Where is my order?

Sign in to view Order History. That page shows your orders and their current status. If you are not signed in, you will be taken to Sign In and then returned to Order History. DFADeals does not offer a separate guest tracking page. Need help after signing in? Contact us with your order number.

How much is shipping?

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $50 or more. Below $50, shipping is calculated at checkout from live USPS rates for the allowed services: USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. When will my order ship and arrive?

Orders typically ship within 1 business day. Same-day shipping is available on weekday orders completed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. We do not publish a single guaranteed arrival date outside of those checkout estimates. More detail is on Shipping & Delivery.

Can I change or cancel an order?

DFADeals does not publish a self-serve change or cancel tool. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. We will check whether the order can still be updated. You can also review the order in Order History after signing in.

How do returns and refunds work?

Easy returns are available on eligible unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Read the full customer-facing policy on Returns & Refunds. For help with a specific order, contact us.

What if my item is damaged, incorrect, or missing?

Contact us with your order number and a short description of what arrived. Include photos when that helps us review damage or the wrong item. We do not publish a separate replacement timeline beyond reviewing these requests through Contact Us.

Why was sales tax added?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address. DFADeals uses Stripe Tax when that calculation succeeds, and otherwise uses the store tax settings. Tax is not entered in the browser and can vary by location.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Checkout accepts card payment through Stripe and PayPal. The payment brands available inside Stripe (for example Visa or Mastercard) depend on Stripe checkout at the time you pay.

How do DFADeals savings and MSRP comparisons work?

Savings are shown against verified retail / MSRP from inventory, not against OpenCart base price. Hot Deals lists only in-stock products discounted 80 percent or more versus that verified retail price. Shop Hot Deals to see items that currently qualify.

How does wholesale work?

The Wholesale Club is for verified businesses. Application requires business registration and a tax ID / seller permit. Membership is listed at $25 per month on the storefront. Start from the Wholesale Club page to apply or sign in. Approved members are taken to the wholesale dashboard.
